About TJ Holloway

I didn’t start in a boardroom.

I started in a caseworker’s car, driving a thirteen-year-old girl three hundred miles from her family to a mental health facility in Vermont because there were no beds available in Maine.

She clung to my arm when I left.

She pulled so hard she ripped my shirt. I still have it.

That job taught me more about human potential, pain, and the cost of underdeveloped leadership than any classroom ever could.

It also broke me. And rebuilding myself is where this work began.

I’m TJ Holloway. Executive coach, business strategist, author of Win By 100, and founder of The Holloway Group, LLC.

I’ve spent over a decade coaching leaders and teams across the U.S. and Canada, teaching MBA students at Husson University, and building a framework for leadership development that I built because I needed it myself.

That framework is called MADE: Motivation. Assessment. Declaration. Execution.

It was born in a shower, shouted to my half-asleep wife at eleven o’clock at night, and has since been used to coach executives, transform teams, and help leaders close the gap between who they think they are and who they’re actually capable of becoming.

I grew up as a pastor’s son. I was raised to seek truth, speak truth, and stand firm even when it costs you something. That upbringing still runs through everything I do. My faith isn’t a headline. It’s the bedrock.

Today I do this work for my wife Breanne, for Grace-Lyn, Jace, and Jaxon, and for every leader who has ever sat across from me and been honest enough to say: I know something needs to change.

I’m not here to make you feel good about staying the same. I’m here to help you do the work that actually moves things.

I’m focused on being the best at what I do, not the biggest. The leaders and organizations I work with aren’t clients. They’re partners. And when someone invites me into their growth, I don’t take that lightly.

This work is sacred to me. Always has been.
